Work is now underway on this exclusive collection of just six new homes, set within the desirable village of Maer, neighbouring Baldwins Gate and conveniently located for Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Created by a highly regarded local developer renowned for exquisite finishes, exceptional specifications and meticulous attention to detail, these homes will offer something distinctly different from the more conventional developments associated with national housebuilders. With quality and individuality at the forefront, each home is being thoughtfully designed and crafted to an exacting standard.

As the development takes shape, further details, imagery and specifications will be released.
